At Redcurrant, our mission is to provide the most delicious cake for your special day. We source fresh ingredients for all our creations and never use icky shortcuts such as margarine, cake mixes, or artificial flavourings. All cakes are made fresh to order and are never frozen.
We feel passionately about ethical sourcing and all eggs used in our recipes are strictly from free range hens.
As our kitchen does handle and bake with nuts, unfortunately we cannot guarantee that our products are nut allergy safe. If you have a food allergy of any type, please ensure to tell us and we will make every effort to protect your cake from any unwelcome inclusions. All our cakes leave our kitchen with a full list of ingredients for your caterer should there be any inquiries from your guests.
